We reccomend that your snagging inspection is caried out before you move in to your brand new home if possible - this way we can try to ensure that the defects are corrected with minimal disruption to you, and it is also much easier for your developer to carry out remedial works whilst the property is empty.  However you have up to 2 years to complete your snagging list and some homeowners ask us to carry out a snagging report just before the 2 years is up to make sure that everything is covered before their new home warranty expires.
